Merino Wool Bases

Our Merino bases are made with extra fine 19.5 micron Merino wool — luxuriously soft against the skin, yet strong enough for everyday wear. Merino has natural elasticity, helping finished pieces stretch comfortably and bounce back into shape, making it a beautiful choice for garments, accessories, and heirloom-worthy projects.

Merino is also breathable, moisture-wicking, and naturally temperature-regulating, helping keep you warm when it's cool and comfortable when it's warm. Its naturally antimicrobial properties make it especially well suited for pieces that are worn often, lived in, and loved hard.

Our Merino is mulesing-free and has not been sourced from farms that use mulesing practices.

Fingering Weight

85/15 Superwash Merino/Nylon

Soft, squishy, and ready for anything. This 4-ply fingering weight base combines the buttery softness of extra fine Merino with the added strength of nylon, creating a yarn that feels beautiful in your hands and holds up beautifully in finished projects.

Perfect for socks, shawls, lightweight garments, baby knits, and everyday accessories.

DK Weight

85/15 Superwash Merino/Nylon

A true workhorse base with a luxury feel. This 4-ply DK weight yarn has the perfect balance of softness, drape, bounce, and structure — substantial enough for cozy layers, but still soft enough for next-to-skin wear.

Beautiful for sweaters, hats, shawls, cowls, children's knits, and accessories you'll reach for again and again.

Soft, smooth, and richly saturated with color. Spun from extra long-staple 19.5 micron Merino, this 3-ply base has strength, softness, and a subtle silky sheen. It takes dye beautifully, allowing colorways to appear rich, dimensional, and full of depth.

A gorgeous choice for sweaters, baby knits, hats, scarves, cowls, mittens, and statement accessories.

100% Superwash Merino

Big, soft, lofty, and cloudlike. This ultra-soft 2-ply bulky base is made from extra fine 19.5 micron Merino and works up quickly into warm, plush fabric with beautiful bounce.

Perfect for instant-gratification projects like blankets, hats, scarves, cowls, oversized accessories, and cozy statement pieces.

Merino/Nylon/Lurex Fingering Weight

75% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon, 5% Lurex

Soft, durable, and just the right amount of sparkle. Three plies of Merino/Nylon are spun with a ply of Lurex to create a fingering weight yarn with shimmer, strength, and a little extra magic.

Lotus Wool Fingering Weight

50/50 Lotus Fiber/Superwash Merino

Rare, refined, and beautifully soft. Lotus fiber, also known as lotus silk, is an exclusive natural fiber extracted from the stems of the lotus plant. Traditionally produced in Southeast Asia, it is prized for its softness, breathability, elegance, and natural resistance to wrinkles.

Blended with extra fine Superwash Merino, this 4-ply fingering weight base is lightweight, silky-soft, and beautifully drapey while still offering strength and structure. It creates fabric that feels special from the first stitch.

Perfect for shawls, wraps, lightweight garments, heirloom pieces, and accessories with an elevated feel.
