We ship all orders from our studio in the United States. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Painted Skein. If you need to request a return, please contact us before sending anything back.
Returns are accepted only with prior approval. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwound, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom orders
- Special orders
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been used, wound, washed, damaged, or altered
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
